Information we collect
We collect the information you give us at signup — your name, mobile number, carrier, and email — along with the voicemails and call metadata generated by your account.
How we use your information
We use your mobile number only to deliver voicemail and account notifications. We use your email for the same purpose and for account-related messages. We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Voicemail content
Voicemails left on your number are stored on your account so you can listen to them and read transcripts. You can delete any voicemail at any time. Deleted voicemails are removed from active view immediately and permanently purged shortly after.
Transcripts
Audio is processed by transcription services to produce a written transcript. The audio and transcript are stored against your account and are not used to train models.
SMS consent
By providing your number and checking the consent box at signup, you agree to receive account-related and voicemail text messages (SMS/MMS) from Voice92 at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the service: wholesale telephone carriers (our telephone number, call handling, voicemail recording, and SMS/MMS delivery over the mobile networks); Resend for email delivery; and speech-to-text providers (including Google Gemini) for transcripts. These providers process your data only to provide the service to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing joel@jlprograms.com. We will confirm and complete deletion within a reasonable period.
