These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Voice92, operated by JLPrograms ("Voice92", "we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting your phone, or otherwise using Voice92, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Voice92. You agree to provide accurate signup information (your name, mobile number, carrier, and email), to keep it up to date, and to keep your login secure. Sign-in is passwordless — a one-time link is emailed to you — so anyone with access to your email can access your account. One account per email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any viewers you grant shared access to.
Voice92 gives you a private phone number. When you connect your phone and miss a call, the call comes to Voice92, the caller can leave a voicemail, and we notify you by text and/or email with the recording, a transcript, and the caller's details. Paid plans may include additional features such as sending texts and voice notes by phone call, scheduled greetings, and shared access. Features may change over time.
Your Voice92 number is provided to you as part of the service; you do not own or purchase the number, and it is not portable to another provider. Connecting your phone relies on your mobile carrier's conditional call-forwarding, which you enable and disable using the dial codes we provide. Calls, texts, and recordings are carried by third-party telecom providers. We do not control the mobile networks and cannot guarantee that every call or message is delivered.
Voice92 is NOT a phone line and does NOT support calls to 911 or any emergency service. Your Voice92 number cannot be used to place outbound calls or to reach emergency responders. Always use your regular mobile phone or a traditional phone line for emergencies. Voice92 is not a replacement for your primary telephone service.
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at signup, you agree to receive account-related and voicemail/missed-call text messages (SMS/MMS) from Voice92 at that number. Message frequency depends on your call activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or consent for third-party marketing.
Voicemails and any texts or voice notes you send through Voice92 are created by you and your callers; you are responsible for that content and for complying with any laws that apply to recording calls or messages in your and your callers' jurisdictions. Do not use Voice92 to record anyone where doing so is unlawful. You represent that you have the rights needed to store and process the content that passes through your account.
Transcripts are generated automatically by speech-to-text technology and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations, especially across languages and dialects. Transcripts are provided for convenience only. Do not rely on a transcript alone for important, financial, legal, or time-sensitive decisions — listen to the original recording.
You may not use Voice92 to send unsolicited marketing or spam, to harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others, to distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to violate carrier or messaging (A2P/10DLC) rules, or to resell or provide the service to third parties without our permission. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Voice92 offers a Starter tier and a paid Pro plan. Starter includes a limited monthly allowance of voicemail and missed-call text alerts and other capped features; Pro unlocks the full experience. Pro features are enabled only after a successful payment and are verified on our servers. We may change pricing, plans, and included features; for material changes we will give reasonable notice before they take effect.
Pro is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as you select) through our payment processor (Cardknox). You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Card details are handled by the processor's secure fields; we do not store your full card number. If a recurring charge fails, your account may remain in a short grace period while we retry; if it continues to fail, the account is downgraded to Starter while your data is retained. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
You may cancel Pro at any time from the Billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service, or your account, if you violate these Terms, if required by a provider or by law, or upon reasonable notice where possible.
How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You own your account data and voicemail content. When you delete a voicemail, its audio is removed from active storage; when you delete your account, we remove your associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, security, or billing obligations.
Voice92, including its software, design, and content we provide (such as built-in greetings), is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to the content you and your callers create.
The service depends on third parties, including telephone carriers, our messaging and voice providers, email delivery (Resend), speech-to-text providers (including Google Gemini), and payment processing (Cardknox). Their availability is outside our control, and we are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or errors caused by them. Community content filters (such as NetFree) may also affect how the service works on your connection.
We work to keep Voice92 running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Calls, messages, transcripts, and notifications may be delayed, missed, or fail for reasons including carrier issues, network filtering, provider outages, or maintenance. Do not rely on Voice92 as your sole means of receiving time-critical communications.
Voice92 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any transcript or notification will be accurate or timely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice92 and JLPrograms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or communications, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Voice92 and JLPrograms harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms, our pricing, and our plans. For material changes we will give notice — for example by email or within the service — before they take effect. Your continued use of Voice92 after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in New York will have jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, to the extent permitted by law.
